Paresh Kotecha is a Commodity trader with over 35 years of experience, and he comes from a merchant family in Uganda. He was a senior trader at Louis Dreyfus Trading Limited and at European Grain and Shipping, both based in London, covering grains/oilseed trading and hedging risk on exchanges derivatives globally. Since 1995, Paresh has been involved in food security issues and commodity consultancy matters across SADC with the FAO, the U.S. Aid and has worked as an advisor to the Zambian Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries.
In 1997, he established B&P Group in South Africa, which was a leading independent broker on the JSE SAFEX Commodity Derivatives market. In addition, he has been active in the physical grain and oilseed transactions across the region from farm gate to bulk global trade.
In 2007, Richcomm Global Services was established in the DMCC and it is a regulated derivatives’ broker on the Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange. Further, in 2017, the company was approved as a Sub-Investment Manager by the Maltese Financial Services Authority on Almagest SICAV plc – Commodity Trading Fund - as well as a shareholder in Artemis Asset Management, a category II EU regulated asset manager.

Nisha has over 25-years of experience in commodity futures and options brokerage business in South Africa and Middle East region.
As a director of B&P Group Limited (Lusaka, Zambia) Nisha was responsible for the agriculture trading operations. In 1998, Nisha was involved into establishment of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange SAFEX commodity futures and brokerage services.
Since 2001, Nisha has been a director of B&P Group Financial Services (Pvt) Limited in Durban, South Africa. Her responsibilities included expanding the SAFEX agricultural brokerage operations, developing on offshore client base. Development of VAR administration for discretionary asset management operations; supporting the development of front desk compliance and audit procedures.
Since 2007, Nisha is Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer at Richcomm Global Services DMCC.
Luca has 20+ years of diversified experience with expertise in private equity & new ventures international taxation, and project financing. He successfully executed PE deals spanning across geographies with a geographic bias towards Europe & the Middle East.
Luca is managing the asset and wealth management activities at Richcomm and has been one of the founding forces behind their set up.
Luca is currently serving as Chairman & Founder of Affinitas Consulting, a firm focused on providing services to organizations interested in developing a presence in the emerging markets with a particular focus on the GCC and Central Asian countries. Luca also served as compliance officer for the Golden Eagle Investment Advisors LLC in New York, USA.
Earlier in his career, he was the the Deputy Commercial Director at RAK Free Trade Zone in UAE, where he was responsible for overall supervision, coordination and development of all
business parks and General Manager of New Ventures at Tejari (Dubai World), as well as COO of Golden Eagle Capital Advisors in New York, USA (FINRA regulated entity).
Luca holds an MBA from Golden Gate University (San Francisco, USA), and a B.A. in Political Science from Universita' di Genova (Italy) and a marketing certificate from UC Berkeley (USA).
Since 2014, Milo has covered roles as Director, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Compliance Officer in various investment management companies and funds in Malta.
Milo was previously also a product structurer and marketer at JPMorgan in London. He holds degrees from the Politecnico di Torino and the University of Brighton. He is a travel enthusiast, passionate scuba diver and triathlete.
Mr Reho is a qualified Luxembourg lawyer with more than seventeen years’ experience in the financial sector in Luxembourg and Malta where he worked as head legal and compliance officer for a well reputed asset management company. Carmine has a significant experience in setting up and dealing with investment funds. He started his career as a trainee at the EU Court of First Instance and in an Italian law firm based in Brussels where he was involved in internal market, antitrust files and intellectual property rights.
Carmine is a member of the Luxembourg BAR and the International Bar Association. He holds a law degree from the Università degli studi di Parma, a Diploma in Luxembourg law organized by the Justice Department of Luxembourg and the University of Luxembourg a University Master’s Degree in Advanced European Studies and a Diploma in Advanced European Studies both from the Collegio Europeo di Parma.

Dr Grima joined CDF Company Services Ltd in 2010 after various years working in the industry in banking, insurance, accounting, fund management, fund administration, treasury, internal auditing, risk management, investments, risk and audit committees and within the MFSA. He holds directorships, investment committee positions and/or posts in risk management, compliance, internal audit in the financial services industry.
Joseph Mary Formosa
Mr. Formos has been involved in the financial services sector for a long time starting off with his employment with Bank of Valletta in the home loans section and later on with MAPFRE MSV Life plc where he gained knowledge on risk management.
1971 Mr. Formosa was awarded with an HNC Business studies. He also holds a Diploma in Marketing awarded in 1996 as well as an Associateship Certificate in Banking awarded in 1999.
Mr. Formosa is also approved by the Authority as an Investment Committee Member of 21 Solstice Funds SICAV plc and Alpha Quest Funds SICAV plc. He is also approved as a director of Finance House plc and Corporate and Commerica FX Services Limited.
